    We utilize telemedicine to eliminate any barries to access our services. Most of our initial intake appointments are in-person.

Insurances We are Contracted With

  • Rates:

    New Patient Intake/Diagnostic: $250

    Follow-up Visit: $150 (Medication Only) or $250 (Medication and Therapy)

    Forms, Letters, and Consultation Calls: $100/30 minutes

    No Show or late cancellation Fee: $100

    We provide invoices for patients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance company.

    We accept payments by checks, credit card, HSA/FSA.

    Credit card payments are accepted.

    Payment is due at the time of service.
